The T.E.C's school is looking for new talents!

The Laboratoire d’Expression Théâtrale (Laboratory of Theatrical Expression, called L.E.T.) is a school that is part of the Théâtre Elizabeth Czerczuk and offers you a continuing education in dramatic art, starting from September 2017.

Auditions from June, 15th to July, 21st

Certification in 2 years.

The L.E.T. is an opportunity for comedians to improve their artistic career by a multidisciplinary formation following important directors, with a work based on technical precision and expression of feelings.

The classes will take place only on stage to give the possibility to experiment on all the factors of staging abilities. At the end of each cycle, these future actors will have the opportunity to present their work in front of an audience. The most talented and hard-working students will be hired for the creations of Elizabeth Czerczuk.

Elizabeth Czerczuk, artistic director, director, choreographer and actress, started to teach at the Superior national Conservatories of theater in Cracow and cinema in Warsaw. In France, she also taught at Ecole Internationale de Création Audiovisuelle et de Réalisation (International Film School of Paris), and also at Ecole du Théâtre national de Chaillot. After that, she created her own school: the L.E.T, for the lovers of theater and for experimented actors. She hands down a technique acquired with her masters (Jerzy Grotowski and Tadeusz Kantor), which is based on the work on the integrality of the body.

Promoting the Polish and European cultures

4

The ambition of the TEC is also to show the French audience what the Polish-inspired theatre is like. Great playwrights and artists such as St. I. Witkiewicz, W. Gombrowicz, St. Mrozek, J. Grotowski, T. Kantor and H. Tomaszewski will be celebrated on this stage. Thanks to its collaboration with the Polish Institute of Paris, the TEC also offers readings of the contemporary playwrights Mr Walczak and Mr Zdunik who contribute to the renewal of the international theatrical scene, thanks to the themes they explore with humour and absurdity. Because of this ambition of promoting the Polish culture, the theatre organizes meetings, debates, exhibitions and screenings of Pole artists to show the cultural wealth of Poland.
